In October 2011, GTPO further established Taiwan Green Classics Awards to highlight Taiwan's
capacity in green production and service. Candidates are strictly evaluated based on four criteria:
green value of the product or service, green supply chain management, technological innovation
and green marketing, and corporate social responsibility.

More than 60 “green” products and services from nearly 40 local companies were vying for the
second annual Taiwan Green Classics Awards. A total of 20 products and 4 services provided by 13
Taiwanese corporations passed through the three-phase competition and received the award.

In 2013, GTPO will showcase the award winners in various international eco trade shows in
London, Singapore, Tokyo, Beijing, Guangzhou, Tianjin, ST. Paul, and more.

On March 6, 2013, GTPO will host a seminar presenting Taiwan Green Classics Awards winners,
how to take advantage of GTPO’s services, and much more. Participants will also have a chance to
sample some of the best traditional Taiwanese food.

This seminar is ideally suited for business partners looking for high quality and verified green
products and services.
