Taiwanese-born Ching-He Huang will be in-store on Saturday 9th February from 2:30pm – 4:30pm in The Gourmet Room on Harrods’ Second Floor. To promote her new cookware range with Typhoon, Ching will be using the collection to undertake a 30-minute demonstration of a special Chinese New Year recipe followed by a book signing session of her new book Exploring China: A Culinary Adventure.

Ching will then treat customers to a demonstration of quick and easy wok recipes, followed by a meet and greet to answer questions.

Having made guest appearances on popular TV shows, Daily Cooks, Saturday Kitchen and Ready Steady Cook, this is the perfect opportunity to meet the chef and pick up some valuable new tips.

To queue for the book signing event, you must purchase a copy of Exploring China: A Culinary Adventure (by Ken Hom and Ching-He Huang, priced at £25) from The Gourmet Cookshop or The Book Shop, both on Harrods’ Second Floor.
Proof of purchase WILL be required to join the book signing queue. Please keep the receipt in a safe place.
Those without a book and valid receipt will not be permitted to join the queue for the signing.
The time at which the event ends will be determined by the promoters on the day.
Your valid receipt entitles you to one place in the queue to get your book signed by Ching-He Huang.
