Q: Where can you deliver to?
A: We deliver to all UK mainland addresses.
 
Q: How long will it take for the delivery?
A: We aim at delivering 90% of all orders in 3-5 working days. For destinations in Northern Ireland and Scottish islands, the lead time may be 5-9 working days.
 
Q: I've received a card telling me I've missed a delivery, what do I do now?
A: Please call our logistic partner at the number on the ‘We Called’ card to re-arrange delivery or to arrange to collect the parcel from your local depot.
 
Q: Can I collect the order myself?
A: Yes, please choose your collection point when you check out. Although we recommend using our delivery service if you order a box. We hope to introduce more collection points in all major cities in the near future.
 
Q: I have a discount code. How do I redeem?
A: PayPal Express, being an offsite payment gateway, works a bit differently. This is the PayPal Express Checkout's workflow: when checking out, you will be directed to paypal.com right away, where PayPal collects your shipping and billing addresses. After that, you will return to our site where you pick a shipping rate, types in a discount code, the price is updated accordingly and, on that same page, you get to finalise the transaction.

Lonely Planet praises Taiwan as 'foodie wonderland'

London, March 17 (CNA) Respected travel authority Lonely Planet gave a shout out to Taiwan's culinary scene on its website last week, calling the country a "secret foodie wonderland" with a diversity of influences.
